Community guidelines

1. Respect every member and every vehicle. No harassment, hate, threats or personal attacks.
2. Keep it about cars. Posts are about vehicles, clubs, events, builds and driving culture.
3. No illegal activity. No street racing or stunt driving on public roads, no stolen parts, no fake documents. Events must follow local law.
4. Protect privacy and safety. Do not post other people's home address, phone or private location, or number plates with personal details, without consent.
5. Use your own photos. Only photos you took or have permission to use. No logos or images you do not own.
6. No spam, scams or fake listings. Selling goes through the Motor Mania Club marketplace, not the club feed. No fake reviews, votes or accounts.
7. Be honest. Be honest about builds, prices and results.
8. Report problems. Use the Report button instead of taking revenge in public. Club officers can remove posts and members from their club; Motor Mania Club can remove anything and suspend or ban accounts.

Who can do what

Members must be 16 or older to join public clubs. Creating a club needs a verified account. Club owners and officers are responsible for what happens in their club and at their events. Posts from new members may wait for a moderator before they appear.

Events

Events are organised by clubs, not by Motor Mania Club. Attending is at your own risk. Motor Mania Club is not responsible for injury, damage or loss at club events. Organisers must follow local laws and hold any permits or insurance required.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Motor Mania Club a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and show it on the service. We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or ban accounts. Copyright complaints: write to clubs@motormaniaclub.com with the link and proof of ownership.

Names, brands and unclaimed pages

Club and brand names belong to their owners; a page here does not mean endorsement. Pages made from public information can be corrected or removed on request.

Your data

For Clubs we keep your profile name, garage, posts, event RSVPs and notices. Other members see only your first name and last initial. We do not sell your data. Event locations are public to the people who see the event; garages never show your home address. You can ask us to delete or export your data at any time. When you delete your account, your posts show as "Former member" and your garage is hidden.
